A heavy-hitting West Coast IPA with a resiny backbone, grapefruit peel bitterness, and a bone-dry finish that doesn't quit.
Pitch-black and brooding. Roasted barley, dark chocolate, and espresso layered over a velvety, full-bodied frame.
Our house amber. Toasted caramel malts meet a gentle hop presence—smooth, balanced, and dangerously sessionable.
Opaque and juicy. A tropical punch of mango and passionfruit with pillowy mouthfeel and almost zero bitterness.
Crisp, clean, no frills. Noble hops, bright carbonation, and a bready malt backbone. The beer you'll drink three of.
Deceptively strong. Candied sugar, clove, and banana esters from our house Belgian yeast strain. Golden, complex, deadly.
Tart, refreshing, and feather-light. Kettle-soured with raspberry and a whisper of vanilla. Summer in a glass.
Our darkest, most uncompromising beer. Brewed once a year with locally roasted coffee from Reanimator and cacao nibs from a small-batch chocolatier in West Philly. 14 months in bourbon barrels.
